LOOP: Can’t open projects Monday 6th May 2024 12:00:00

One of our services which manages users and permissions has problems. Requests take very long or time out. This leads to problems in TargomoLOOP where projects cannot be opened and appear to be hanging in a permanent “loading” state.

The issue has been fixed.
